Custom Order Process

• After uploading image for customized product, please write in the "Order Special Instructions" section at Checkout, the wording and/or description of design requesting. 
• Custom Orders take 10-15 business days-Design created/Design proof approved/Production of item then packaged for additional time for Shipping /Delivery/Customer pick-up
• Please allow ample time for Custom Items ordered for Special Events to be created/produced and delivered in time.  AN ADDITIONAL RUSH FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RUSH ODERS OF $25.
• All Sales are FINAL for Custom Orders as they are designed upon request per your specific design selection.
